Social activities and adventures

We start in Yogyakarta on the 5th of August where we spent one week. We have daily social activities in the morning (visiting mostly orphanage, community for children with disabilities etc) where we play and do some presentation with them. Usually the afternoon is spent with some organised city tour\free time.

In the first week we also do a overnight tour on the south coast (2hours from the city) to visit some sea landscape around Timang Beach area.

Sunday 11th we move to Jepara, on the north coast, where we move to the Karimunjawa Archipelago, beautiful group of wild islands on the barrier reef. Here we spend 4 days and we have daily private boats carrying us around snorkelling spots and desert beaches. The night we sleep in the villages' guesthouse.

On the 16th we move back to Jepara, we do half day visit in a school with games and presentations, before moving the next day to Surabaya. This is our basis for the overnight trip to Bromo Volcano (sunrise trekking) + Karipura waterfalls. Once back in the city we spend 1 night before flying to Jakarta (August 19th.

The last 3 days (20-21-22nd) are spent on Thousands Islands archipelago. Again we sleep in local guesthouse, do some snorkelling trip and spend some time on the beach. The trip ends once we are back in Jakarta on the 22nd.
